Ladies & Gentlemen.

On behalf of the Esara Royalty and the people of Oro-Esara Kingdom, I wish to heartily welcome you to Esara Palace, the headquarters of Oro- Esar Kingdom.We thank you sincerely for your valued response to our invitation to this maiden Interactive Meeting. As we promised in our letter to you, this meeting will  be conducted strictly in a businesslike manner considering the value placed on time in this period in our national history as both time and money have become scarce and of essence.
In our letter to you we did spell out the geographical components that constitute Oro-Esara Kingdom.Oro Esara is made up of eighteen large and densely populated urban communities. Our 18 communities are homogenous and contiguous.

1. Rumuokwurusi Town: consists of seven communities: Rumuchiolu, Rumuwokerebe,Mgbuori,Mgbuesilaru, Rumuorianwo, Rumuodara, and Eliowhani.
2. Oro-Igwe Area: consist of four communities; namely Rumuewhara, Eliozu, Rumunduru and Elimgbu.
3. Rumuokoro Area: is made up of five communities, namely Rukpakwolusi, Eliogbolo, Rumuagholu, Awalama and Elieke
4. Atali Community
5. Iriebe Community

The communities are culturally and historically bound together by a common ancestry and what affects one community invariably affects others.
From all indications, it does appear to us that some of the companies operating within the kingdom don’t seem to realize that they should contribute to the growth and development of the communities in their area of operation. This is your area of operation and you are not here by accident. We wish therefore to make a valid case that in the spirit of modus Vivendi and in pursuit of discharging your corporate social responsibility, we do expect that the companies within the kingdom should support our people in areas such as Employment, Human Capital development, Skills acquisition, scholarship, Healthcare etc. it is believed that some of you have been doing things in some of these areas but it would not be out of place task for more though not playing the Oliver Twist. While we encourage you to still maintain and honor your existing MOU with your immediate host communities, you should not lose sight of a wider engagement with the Oro-Esara Kingdom and therefore a sustainable relationship with the kingdom is imperative.
To create more awareness of the culture and tradition of our people, we have programmed a weeklong event in the Kingdom to promote our values through social events such as Traditional Wrestling , Cultural Dances, Free Medical Outreach, Oro-Esara Summit, culminating in a Thanksgiving Service, vide the Spread- sheet below.

A Central planning Committee for the Oro- Esara Kingdom Celebration has been constituted and their major assignment is to work out details of the various events. You will be expected to participate actively in these celebrations as we intend to invite Federal, State and Local governments to the weeklong events, the first of its kind in the kingdom.
